During the Renaissance (Rinascimento) our region had its best period. The architecture, the painting, the sculpture, the whole arts developped and reached their maximum splendour.
This period influenced positively the pottery too.
Nowaday just a few ceramic craftsmen remain; thanks to their ability they reproduce renaissance objects with meticulousity, using the same technics and colours, but aboveall with a lot of love for their history, for the land of Tuscany where they were born and grew up.
Their work is a constant call back to the past thus helping our memory not to get lost in the speed of time.
